From Boccatrabaria to Acquapartita
Some maps of the routes promoted by the Green Mountain Community Umbrian Upper Tiber offer marked trails around the area and one of the most important routes, there are the "Path of Italy" and its link roads. This network of trails through the Alps and the Apennines and in Altotevere it crosses the watershed. In Upper Tiber Valley the trail begins at the pass of Bocca Trabaria, in front of the memorial that commemorates the passage of Garibaldi, and with a track that runs along the Umbria-Marche Apennines, having reached the pass of Bocca Seriola, ends at Acquapartita, location Marche with hotel facilities and dining options.
The red and white signals of the routes are monitored regularly by members of the CAI and to gather information or stay overnight you can do to stop Excursion Refuge (CEN) Bocca Seriola. In order to connect some historic features and localities of the Upper Tiber were also identified some routes that are divided into three systems marked with the numbers 1 (Monte Santa Maria Tiberina-Citerna), 3 (Pietralunga-Montone) and 5 (Monte Corona Acute-Monte-Valle del Niccone), placed in relation to each other by connecting routes. These systems are also ideal excursion for an audience not in top form and are placed in areas that combine environmental quality in the presence of historical and cultural value.
